Telegraph beefs up visual journalism by poaching four designers from The Times

Telegraph Media Group has poached four design staff from The Times.

Earlier this year Jon Hill joined the Telegraph as craetive director from The Times.

Now Press Gazette understands the Telegraph is further beefing up its visual journalism online and in print with three more recruits.

Nicola Ryan is to join The Telegraph as deputy creative director. She is currently digital design editor of the Times. 

Joel Wade will join as a digital designer, also from The Times. And Fraser Lyness, of the Times Digital Visual Journalism Team, is to join the Telegraph also as a digital designer.
