Former deputy editor of Hello and OK magazines Roger Kasper has become editor of the Sevenoaks Chronicle.
The Northcliffe-owned weekly has a circulation of 11,000.
Kasper was previously news editor of the Canterbury Times, Whitstable Times and Herne Bay Times.
As well as working on OK and Hello magazines, he has been acting editor of the Daily Mirror’s TV magazine We Love Telly and a consultant editor of the Mail on Sunday.
