The teenage girls’ magazine sector fell in the second half of 2008, with the fout main titles – Sugar, Bliss, Shout and Mizz – all losing circulation year on year.
Sugar fell 2.3 per cent to 153,721; Bliss fell 30.2 per cent to 90,767; Shout fell 5.4 per cent to 81,904; and Mizz fell 18 per cent to 58,302.
Kiss rose from 21,428 to 22,759, a 6.2 per cent increase.
Elsewhere in the teenage sector, Top Of The Pops grew 0.6 per cent to 125,558.
