Icon, Jamie Redknapp’s lifestyle magazine for professional footballers, is “in disarray, with flagging subscriptions, poor advertising revenue and a lack of editorial direction”, according to The Observer.
The paper says Redknapp Publishing’s accounts for 2006 show it made an £85,000 loss and the company has acknowledged that “advertising sales have reached a plateau”.
