Future has launched a bimonthly computing magazine, PC Software.
The 100-page title will target everyone from beginners to the “technically adept”, carrying articles on image editing, music making and website design as well as practical advice on file protection and browsing the Internet without pop-up ads.
The magazine is priced at £3.99 and each issue will be cover-mounted with three CDs.
Meanwhile, Future’s multiformat magazine GamesMaster is celebrating 10 years of gaming with its 10th anniversary issue. It is cover-mounted with a 224-page tips book, featuring 10,000 tips for game systems such as GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox.
Staff have also compiled a six-page feature looking back on the best games of the last 10 years.
