Andrew Morley has been appointed commercial director for FHM UK.
Morley
will focus on maximizing revenues of both FHM UK’s print and digital
platforms by securing cross sector deals for advertisers targeting 18-
to 35- year-old men.
He replaces Rory Bett, who filled the
position for an interim period of six months before taking up the role
of FHM international commercial director in January 2005.
Morley
has worked at Emap for the last seven years. He was head of agency
sales for Emap Radio, then went on to become commercial director across
Emap Advertising’s entertainment portfolio, a position he has held for
the last 14 months. Prior to joining Emap, Morley worked at Capital
Radio and ITV.
David Pullan, MD of FHM Worldwide, said of his
appointment: “Andrew’s broadcast experience will be invaluable as we
build FHM as a TV and multimedia content provider.”
Emap
Advertising’s Rob O’Brien will take over as commercial director of the
entire entertainment team. This will consolidate Emap’s entertainment
strategy, with all titles sitting under one commercial director.
