CMP Information has appointed Patrick McAleenan as finance director.
McAleenan previously worked as finance director at Emap Communications for 10 years and as director of finance for Emap UK.
McAleenan succeeds Ailsa Ferguson, who will be leaving at the end of the year.
He said: “I am delighted to be joining CMPi at a very exciting time for the company. It has made tremendous progress over the past two years and has been transformed by a very talented management team and dedicated staff.”
