Julian Kirk has been appointed motoring editor of Fleet News, where he will be responsible for all motor-related output.
He returns to the publication having departed early in 2004 when he was deputy production editor and road tester.
Since then he has worked as a sub-editor on Evo and Motor Cycle News.
