BBC Good Food magazine is targeting Italian food lovers with the launch of a special one-shot dedicated to pasta, writes Ruth Addicott.
BBC Good Food Pasta Cookbook is written in the same tone and style as Good Food and features 100 different pasta recipes, including party pasta ideas from Italian cook Carmelita Caruana.
The 100-page title has been edited by Mitzie Wilson and overseen by BBC Good Food’s editor-in-chief Orlando Murrin.
BBC Good Food Pasta Cookbook will go on sale on 28 May. It will have a print run of 90,000 and a cover price of £2.50.
The launch follows previous vegetarian and Italian one shots.
