Members of the BBC Trust are allowed to claim back the cost of satellite TV packages and digital radio sets “to enable them to experience the full range” of channels available, it has emerged.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the BBC Trust chairman Sir Michael Lyons claimed £26,000 in expenses last year, including £459 for a Sky installation and subscription.
