The Hackney Gazette has a new look following an overhaul of its news and leisure pages. It has made the use of pictures a top priority in its revamp. The tabloid weekly has also claimed a scoop by breaking the news that a mother, who lost two of her children in a pub blaze, had been arrested on suspicion of starting the fire herself. The Gazette confirmed the story just five minutes before its deadline.
