On 3 August we published an article containing allegations about working conditions at Newsquest Media Group.
The original headline and introduction suggested that the story was based on claims from current Newsquest employees. We would like to make clear that the claims came from three former employees who had left between two and seven years ago and one person who had never been employed by Newsquest. We apologise for any misleading impression the story may have given.
