Immediate Media Company has appointed Maxine Briggs as editor of You & Your Wedding.
Briggs edited Asda’s and Sainsbury’s Fresh Ideas and was editorial director at agency Tullo Marshall Warren creating magazines, websites and social media strategies for clients including Diageo and Unilever.
You & Your Wedding’s outgoing editor, Miranda Eason, is said to have decided to take some time off to go travelling around the world.
According to ABC, the magazine has an audited circulation of 40,866 youandyourwedding.co.uk is said to attract over 500,000 unique browsers per month.
Immediate Media also publishes Perfect Wedding, which has an audited circulation of 22,074 (ABC, Jul-Dec 2011).
