By Press Gazette

The website for IPC’s glossy women’s monthly, Marie Claire, has had a complete redesign.

The site also has improved photo galleries, which will deliver in-depth photo coverage of Major fashion shows, as well as a red carpet gallery that will be updated daily.

The redesign of the site was overseen by Marie Claire’s creative director, Stuart Selner, and online editor Carla Bevan.

Bevan said: ‘A lot of hard work has gone into creating a Marie Claire website that lives up to the glossy credentials, beautiful design and trusted values of the magazine brand – and we believe the new-look Marieclaire.co.uk truly delivers. The new site is more expansive, more interactive, bolder and brighter than its predecessor and we hope our readers and advertisers are as pleased with it as we are.”

Marie Claire is part of IPC Southbank, the group’s women’s magazine division.

In Febryary Alicen Stenner, who is is currently group digital marketing director and publisher of Hearst Digital’s Handbag.com, will join IPC Southbank as its digital director.
