GQ online news and features editor Anna Conrad has been promoted to digital editor with immediate effect.
Conrad replaces online editor of GQ.co.uk Conrad Quilty-Harper, who left the Condé Nast men’s lifestyle brand in May to work for a luxury communications agency.
In her new role, Conrad is responsible for all content across GQ’s website and the management of GQ’s social channels. She reports directly to editor-in-chief Dylan Jones.
Conrad said on Twitter: “Delighted to be the new Digital Editor of British GQ. It’s an exceptionally exciting time for the magazine and website, with lots to come.”
Also on the online team Robert Leedham has joined as engagement manager, Eleanor Davies as digital production co-ordinator and Jessica Phillips as social media co-ordinator.
During Quilty-Harper’s three years heading up GQ online, the magazine’s digital audience rose to 2.4m unique users between January and March this year, according to GQ’s own figures.
