Press Association Scotland has appointed Victoria Mitchell as its new editor.
Mitchell, who is currently deputy editor in Scotland, will replace Iain Duff who leaves at the end of next week after six years in the role.
She said: “It is a real honour to be appointed editor of Press Association Scotland and I look forward to enhancing the quality of service provided by our outstanding team of multi-skilled reporters and award-winning photographers.”
Mitchell has worked for PA Scotland for seven years. Prior to her appointment as deputy editor two years ago she was chief reporter for PA in Scotland.
