Peter Brimacombe has been named head of group M&A at Bauer Media Group, a role he has been covering on an interim basis since last year. He joined Bauer in 2017 and has already played a part in transforming it from “publishing house to multi-business company”, the company said.
Bauer’s chief operating officer Paul Keenan said Brimacombe would help ensure the company “continues to build a diverse and future-fit portfolio”.
