The Surrey Mirror has relaunched its print title under the masthead SurreyMirror.co.uk as the paper integrates four editions into one.
The SurreyMirror.co.uk, which came out for the first time yesterday, will cover news in Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Caterham and Oxted.
It means the Tandridge Mirror, Caterham Mirror and Gatwick and Horley Mirror are no more.
On the new masthead, Local World said: “The Surrey Mirror’s evolution puts it at the forefront of Local World’s move to closely integrate its titles’ print and online sites in response to a marketplace where readers are changing the way they consume and participate in local news.”
Surrey Mirror editor Deanne Blaylock said: “The Mirror is now one campaigning bumper edition in print, online and mobile whose journalists still believe a missing cat is as important as millions of pounds ‘missing’ in a council budget; whose team members champion the needs of the elderly and the disadvantaged as much as they do the winners of the local league cup.
“Together, our new website and reinvigorated paper mark a new chapter in our proud heritage of serving our communities.”
