The National Union of Journalists has launched its first training programme specifically geared for Welsh journalists.
The union will host short training courses across North and South Wales focused on both improving new media skills and more traditional areas such as sub-editing and feature writing
The NUJ aims to develop a sustainable Welsh training facility to improve accessibility and cost-effectiveness for training journalists and other media workers in the region.
