The chief executive of one the UK's largest privately owned regional newspaper publishers, the Claverley Group, is to stand down.
Graham Evers is to retire at the end of March to be replaced by Phil Inman, who is current managing director of Claverley's Midlands News Association – which includes the Wolverhampton-based Express and Star and the Shropshire Star.
Claverley also owns daily titles the Jersey Evening Post and the Guernsey Press.
