The Sun: Gag on revealing celeb’s extra-marital threesome ‘sinister and illogical attack on freedom of speech’

The Sun has described a court order barring it from revealing a celebrity's extra-marital sexual activities as "a sinister and illogical attack on freedom of speech".

The unnamed "entertainer" was yesterday granted an interim injunction by the Court of Appeal barring The Sun from revealing that he had a sexual threesome with another individual and their partner.

Lord Justice Jackson heard that "PJS" is in an "open marriage" with another well-known person from the world of entertainment.
