Mirror hacking claims: Phil Tufnell, Neil Morrissey, Natasha Kaplinsky and others bring legal actions total to 50

Trinity Mirror is facing a fresh wave of phone-hacking compensation claims after the current group are settled in the High Court.

Cricketer Phil Tufnell and his wife Dawn, actor Neil Morrissey and newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky are among those to have filed claim forms against Mirror Group Newspapers.

Some 28 claims made up the first wave of actions against Trinity Mirror, with a two-week trial featuring eight representative cases set to take place in March.
