Mail Online's political editor is leaving the website after three years to join The Times.
Matt Chorley, formerly a political correspondent for The Independent on Sunday, has announced he will edit The Times's Red Box political website.
Red Box, which sends out a daily morning briefing email, is currently run by Philip Webster who is leaving the title after more than 40 years.
After three amazing years at MailOnline, I'm delighted to announce I'll soon be joining The Times as Editor of Red Box
