Hollywood actress Liz Hurley has denied media reports that she has had an affair with former US President Bill Clinton.
Hurley described the claims as “ludicrous” and said she was leaving the matter with her lawyers.
The allegations surfaced in the US and have gone viral on the internet.
Several UK publications have since run with the denial story after it appeared on Hurley's official Twitter feed.
The Sun, The Mirror and The Daily Star and Mail Online all ran with the denial very prominently on their respective websites.
Ludicrously silly stories about me & Bill Clinton. Totally untrue. In the hands of my lawyers. Yawn.
