Grazia editor-in-chief Jane Bruton [pictured, above] is to join the Telegraph Media Group as director of lifestyle and deputy editor.
Her appointment completes the Telegraph’s new six-strong senior editorial team to be headed by Chris Evans, editor and director of content.
In her new role, Bruton will oversee magazines, features, fashion, luxury and beauty.
Bruton said: “It is a huge wrench to leave Grazia after an amazing ten years, but the Telegraph offers an exciting opportunity that cannot be missed.
“I am looking forward to working with Chris Evans and the team to develop his powerful vision.”
Bruton has been editor-in-chief at Grazia since 2005. Here awards have included being named British Society of Magazine Editors (BSME) Editor of the Year award twice.
Before joining Grazia, Bruton was editor of Eve for two years.
