Jackie Annesley (pictured above) has been appointed editor of The Sunday Times Style supplement, after spending four months as the magazine’s acting editor.
She was previously editor of the paper’s News Review section.
Annesley said: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to edit such a popular magazine.”
In a career spanning 20 years, Annesley has held roles including editor of Femail at the Daily Mail, associate editor at the Daily Mail and features executive at the London Evening Standard.
Sunday Times editor, Martin Ivens, said: “As acting editor she has demonstrated great drive, vision and passion for this iconic Sunday Times staple and I am looking forward to seeing her continue to build the magazine in the future.”
