Daily Mirror names two new 3am Girls

The Daily Mirror has confirmed the appointments of Danielle Lawler and Clemmie Moodie to its 3am Girls column.

Lawler was formerly show business reporter for The Sun and Moodie is show business reporter for the Daily Mail.

Mirror deputy editor Conor Hanna said: “Clemmie and Danielle are two very talented young women who have all the attributes needed to take over the best show business column in Britain.

“They’ll be reinvigorating the established and hugely successful 3am brand and taking it to the next level.”

The last of the column’s original team Eva Simpson left the column last month to join thelondonpaper as assistant editor.

Caroline Hedley, meanwhile has gone freelance will continue to contribute to the Mirror.
