British basketball magazine MVP has been put up for sale by photography and video company Response LDN .
Since its launch in 2010 the magazine’s distribution has grown to 8,000 and its website MVP247.com claims 10,000 unique visitors and 25,000 page views per month.
Paid subscriptions account for 2,000 copies. The title comes out six times a year.
Response director Jake Green said: "We've realised that there is a limit to how much we can expand. An established publisher, with the network and support, could make MVP even bigger than it is now.
“Since the Olympics, basketball has become even more high-profile domestically with the expansion of the British league, while the NBA has targeted the UK as its main international market.”
