Men’s Fitness magazine has been redesigned for its August 2012 issue.
Aesthetic and editorial changes will see a new colour system introduced and a lifestyle section inserted into the front of the Dennis Publishing magazine.
Editor Jon Lipsey hopes the redesign will give the magazine a ‘bold new identity’to add to the magazine’s reputation.
‘The redesign comes at a time when there is more demand than ever for Men’s Fitness content,’he said.
‘That’s partly because of the high-quality material that we produce but also because fitness and health are of increasing importance to the modern man.
‘Readers know that we’ll give them information they can trust because we use the world’s best experts and we’re an authority on the subject.”
Publisher Russell Blackman said: ‘The redesign is just part of the many brand developments that we’re currently working on and we believe that the result will enhance our expert content further, delivering it in a more accessible and stylish way. ‘2012 will be a very exciting year for the brand.”
While February’s ABC figures revealed Men’s Fitness’ circulation stood at 61,721, a 10.3 per cent drop year-on-year, the brand’s overall monthly reach has increased by 16 per cent to 1.2 million, according to the magazine’s publishers.
