Media data company Gorkana sold for £25m

Media data company Gorkana has been sold to media planning and monitoring group Durrants in a deal worth around £25m.

Backed by private equity investments company Exponent, Durrants said it will now have a combined business turnover of over £40m, after acquiring Gorkana.

Durrants also bought Metrica, a media analysis group in October of last year.
