Sky News has appointed Catherine Jacob as its new environment correspondent.
She joins in September from Five News, replacing Robert Nisbet, who becomes Washington-based US correspondent for Sky News.
While at Five News, Jacob was awarded the golden nymph for best news item at the 2007 Monte Carlo Film Festival, for her exclusive report on the child shipbreakers of Bangladesh.
