
Ths rising stars from the UK’s journalism courses have been recognised in the shortlist for the 2008 Press Gazette Student Journalism Awards.
The event, which is free to enter, is intended to be a showcase for the journalistic talent of tomorrow. And many previous winners have gone on to national press stardom.
The shortlists were decided by judges which included some of the leading journalists in the country.
The winners will be announced at Haberdasher’s Hall in London on 27 June – and on pressgazette.co.uk.
