The last scenes filmed by the Reuters journalist Hiro Muramoto moment before he was killed during riots in Bangkok have been broadcast by Reuters.
Reuters colleagues paid tribute to Muramoto’s professionalism after his 15 years of service covering news events around Asia for Reuters.
The Japanese journalist was shot on Saturday night during riots in the Thai capital and later succumed to his wounds in hospital.
The footage shows an exploding granade yards in front of him which sends soldiers to the ground. Muramoto continues to film as bodies of the wounded are dragged to safety.
