Specialist magazine publisher Future has launched a paid-for iPhone app for its flagship movie title TotalFilm.
The application, which was developed in-house and costs £1.79 on iTunes, features news, reviews and trailers alongside a new digital offering that allows users to search a location-based cinema listings database of show times and directions and social media functionality to share info.
Launch of the app follows a complete overhaul of Future’s biggest selling UK magazine title earlier in the summer.
The revamp came ahead of the release last month of figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulations which revealed a fall of 10.5 per cent in the circulation of the print edition of the monthly magazine during the first-half of the year to an average sale of 76,0888.
