Supermarket giant Tesco has launched two libel actions in Thailand against a politician and a newspaper columnist just days after it announced it was suing The Guardian over criticisms of its offshore tax structures.The Thai MP is said to be facing up to two years imprisonment and a £16.4 million libel damages claim and the newspaper columnist is reported to be facing a claim for £1.6 million.
