Robert Mendick joins Sunday Telegraph from Standard

The London Evening Standard’s chief reporter, Robert Mendick, has become senior reporter at The Sunday Telegraph.

Mendick, 42, had been at the Standard since 2005

Before then, he worked at the Independent on Sunday as a senior reporter and news editor.

He has also been the associate editor of The Lawyer magazine and a crime reporter on the Oxford Mail.

Editor of The Sunday Telegraph, Ian MacGregor, said: “Robert is a first-rate reporter and I am delighted he is joining our team as we continue to go from strength to strength.”
