PCC launches investigation into Littlejohn article mocking disabled student fees protester

The Press Complaints Commission has revealed that it is to investigate whether Richard Littlejohn’s article lampooning disabled student fees protester Jody McIntyre breached the Editors’ Code.

In a letter sent out to the 500-plus members of the public who complained about the piece, the PCC said today that it had now received a formal complaint from McIntyre and that it will be investigating the matter.
