News International brings in the consultants

News International has hired an American business consultancy to carry out a review of how the company operates, according to the Observer media diary.

Newly appointed boss James Murdoch has asked Boston Consulting Group to find “ways we can do things more efficiently,” a Wapping source tells the paper.
