Miami Herald outsourcing subbing work to India

The Miami Herald newspaper has confirmed that is outsourcing some of its subbing functions to a company in India, Editor & Publisher reports.

The Miami paper, owned by the US newspaper group McClatchy, is also outsourcing some of its ad production to a California firm.
