Justice Secretary Jack Straw, shadow justice secretary Dominic Grieve and Liberal Democrats spokesman Evan Harris will each address a ‘free speech’hustings tomorrow night.
The event, organised by the Libel Reform Campaign, will see representatives of the three main political parties go head-to-head over libel law reform and protecting freedom of speech.
Each of the three main political parties last week made manifesto pledges to reform libel laws in the next parliament, with the Liberal Democrats making the strongest commitments, but can they deliver?
