Newspaper columnist and Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson is a “prat”, environmental campaigner Sir Jonathon Porritt has told a conference at Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
The former director of Friends of the Earth called on the sixth form students to ‘incite anger’ against politicians, parents, teachers and community leaders for polluting the planet, the Western Daily Press reported.
