BBC political editor Nick Robinson, Gillian Tett from the FT, Stephen Glover and Chris Boffey are among the guest readers at this year’s Journalists’ Carol Service at St Brides on Fleet Street.
Of course the real stars of the evening are the St Brides choir – guaranteed to uplift the spirits, and God knows we all need a bit of uplift after the grim economic news in the journalism industry in recent months.
The concert – sponsored by Luther Pendragon – will be followed by wine, mince pies and entertainment.
A minimum donation of £10 is requested – and all proceeds go to the Journalists’ Charity.
