Express Newspapers could be about to lose the majority of its district reporters.
According to the Guardian, the company is in talks with its six district reporters, some of whom have worked for the publisher for more than 20 years, about redundancy.
Express Newspapers wants to instead rely on news agencies and has earmarked five out of the six for redundancy, the report stated.
