Environmental journalist Rob Edwards has published details of lapses in nuclear weapons safety after winning a three-year Freedom of Information battle with the Ministry of Defence.

Edwards, who freelances for the Sunday Herald, has had the info released to him on the even of an Information Tribunal into the case, Hold the Front Page reported today.
