Emap need over half shareholders’ vote for sale

Emap needs 51 per cent of shareholder votes to push through the sale of the consumer magazine and radio businesses, reports the Peterborough Evening Telegraph.

The shareholders meeting, which will decide if the sale to German publishing giant H.Bauer goes ahead, takes place 25 January.
