Emap will seek shareholders’ approval for the proposed sale of of its consumer magazine and radio divisions to Bauer at a meeting on 25 January, the company announced today.
A letter to shareholders regarding the deal, which was announced on 7 December last year, will be posted on the Emap web site ahead of the meeting.
