Regional publisher CN Group is offering free classified advertising slots to its Facebook followers.
Social media site friends of the group’s North-West Evening Mail title will be entitled to take a free ad worth less than £100, Journalism.co.uk reported. Each slot it normally worth £14.60.
“The Evening Mail recently passed the 3,000 friends mark on Facebook and we thought it was time to review whether we are making the most of our connection with this huge number of people in the Barrow area,” Nick Turner, head of digital content development, told Journalism.co.uk.
