Bullivant Media, publisher of a dozen weekly papers across the Midlands, has invited staff to apply for voluntary redundancy in a bid to cut costs, according to a report.
The group, which publishes titles including the Bromsgrove Standard and the Coventry Observer, told staff that it would ‘look favourably’on anyone that came forward according to one insider who talked to Holdthefrontpage.co.uk.
The insider said ‘morale is at absolute rock bottom’and terms of the package being offered to staff were not revealed.
