A prison officer has pleaded not guilty to committing misconduct in a public office by selling stories to two national newspapers about the top security HMP Belmarsh.
The charge states he entered into an agreement with the national newspapers to be paid for the information during that time.
Norman appeared before the Old Bailey on Friday last week alongside Moyes, 40, who pleaded not guilty to inciting him to commit misconduct between 30 April, 2006, and 30 September, 2008, and intentionally encouraging an offence between 1 October, 2008, and 1 May 2011.
Moyes, of New Malden, south-west London, and Norman, of Swanscombe, Kent, were bailed to return to the Old Bailey for a three-week trial starting on 11 May next year.
