Jamie Oliver – the magazine – hits newsstands this Thursday. Called simply “Jamie Magazine” it will appear six times a year and be exclusive to WH Smith for the first three issues.
According to The Guardian it has a print-run of 140,000, is priced £3.95 and has backing of £250,000 from Oliver himself.
It is being edited by former Gourmet Traveller editorial director Andy Harris.
News of Oliver’s foray into magazine publishing was first broken by Mandrake in the Telegraph last month.
